Stockdale Center for Ethical Leadership at the United States Naval Academy (Annapolis), and as Professor of Ethics and Public Policy at the Graduate School of Public Policy at the Naval Postgraduate School (Monterey, CA). His most recent books include “Ethics and Military Strategy in the 21st Century: Moving Beyond Clausewitz” (2019), “Ethics and Cyber Warfare” (2017), “Military Ethics: What Everyone Needs to Know” (2016), and “The Routledge Handbook of Military Ethics” (2015).
