Sheena M. Eagan Chamberlin

Sheena M. Eagan Chamberlin received her PhD in the medical humanities from the Institute for the Medical Humanities at the University of Texas Medical Branch and her Master of Public Health (MPH) at the Uniformed Services University. Dr. Chamberlin’s areas of research and teaching include military medical ethics, philosophy of medicine, public health ethics, history of medicine, and the medical humanities. She has presented academic papers at conferences in medical ethics, military medicine, and military history in North America, Europe, and Asia. Now an adjunct in the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Maryland University College, Dr. Chamberlin teaches ethics to active-duty soldiers and their families.
